People find themselves living in rented accommodation for many different reasons and stories abound of bad tenants and landlords, but my belief is that there are many good tenants and landlords and that with professional referencing and clear communication from the outset they can be successfully brought together.  My aim is to bring this about by offering a professional, cost effective and fair deal for both landlords and tenants.

***No deposit is taken, but an insurance policy, payable by the tenant is taken out.  Obviously this is of enormous benefit to the tenant who does not have to handover the usual 6 weeks of rent that is then held in a client account for the duration of the tenancy.  Landlords please contact me for further information.
